Prep, prep, prep is the key to success!
Juice once, drink twice or thrice!! If you have a juicer, take it out the cupboard lol, dust it off, get some fresh veggies and go!
Don’t over think it, just go!
If you start to think about it, you will think of a dozen reasons why you don’t have time for this but you do!
The more you do it, the more energy you will have and you’ll also become more efficient at juicing and it’ll take less time out of your day.
You can even prep and wash the veggies ahead of time and then juice them the next day or do it all at once.
Put on some music, audio book, or a Podcast and feed your brain at the same time!
Juice # 1 Carrot, Ginger, Parsley
Juice # 2 Dandelion Greens, Kale, Broccoli Stems, Cilantro, Parsley, Celery, Cucumber, Lemon.
